Who's causing the most chaos in Azeroth right now, ranked by Infamy. Infamy fades, so only active Outlaws stay on top. Solo counts Infamy from fights you won alone; Squad from fights where allies meaningfully helped. Stars always use total Infamy: they show how dangerous someone is right now.

✔ = fights checked against combat logs. Unmarked players aren't verified yet. UNVERIFIED = addon only: counted from other Outlaw players' logs, so some fights (and deaths) may be missing. Listed without a rank and not eligible for titles or prizes, to keep the competition fair. Locations appear 15 minutes late (or not at all with /outlaw hideloc, unless you have Threat stars).
Starts Oct 10 and runs until the beta ends. Bring your friends and your guild.

Only fights verified from combat logs by the Outlaw app count. Hover or tap a title to see how it's earned.
A few minutes behind real time. Players who don't use Outlaw are never named.
Infamy earned by each faction's Outlaw users.
Solo streaks count kills from fights won alone; Squad streaks count kills from fights where allies meaningfully helped. They're kept apart because squads die less. Any death to an enemy player ends both.
Kills since their last death to an enemy player, and how long they've survived: time out in the world since the streak began (offline time and resting in cities or inns don't count). The streak ends the moment someone takes them down.
Longest streaks anyone reached in the last 7 days, with how long each one lasted.
Who plays each style best, ranked against every other Outlaw. Best ranks skill: successes out of attempts, scored from combat logs and adjusted for how many attempts you have, so a lucky short run can't top a long proven record. Most ranks totals. All 14 playstyles are ranked; Threat Hunter (kills of high-threat players) joins later.
Kill enemy players. Earn stars over your head. Get hunted. Climb the rankings. There are no quests and no queues: go out into the world, fight, and Outlaw keeps score.
What counts: Horde vs Alliance fights in the open world. Duels, battlegrounds, arenas, dungeons and raids don't count.

Free · Windows · WoW: Forever. The Outlaw app installs the addon and puts your fights on the rankings by itself.
Ganking far lower levels and farming the same player pay little. Your Infamy is worked out from combat logs, and switching your log off doesn't hide a death: your killer's log reports it. We also check for kill trading, alt farming and edited data, and more protections are on the way.
Your Infamy on this site is calculated from your combat logs. The number the addon shows in game is a quick estimate and can differ a little.
| Stars | Infamy | If an enemy kills you |
|---|---|---|
| None | 0 | lose 10% |
| ★ | 300 | lose 12% |
| ★★ | 1,000 | lose 15% |
| ★★★ | 2,500 | lose 18% |
| ★★★★ | 5,000 | lose 22% |
| ★★★★★ | 8,000 | lose 25% |
One death never costs more than 1,500 Infamy, so the most dangerous players can keep fighting. Zerged? Outnumbered 5 to 1 or worse when you die: you lose only half. Your streak still ends either way.
Start competing in ranked world PvP. Fight however you want, climb the rankings, and build a reputation from what you do in the open world. Live now for the WoW: Forever beta.

On your phone? Outlaw runs on your gaming PC (Windows). Send yourself the link and open it there.
Start with the addon: your Infamy, stars and stats appear in game right away. To get on the leaderboard, add the free Outlaw app (Windows), like Raider.IO's client: install it once and it runs in the background, putting your fights here and your world rank in game.
Not in the WoW: Forever beta? Outlaw opens to everyone when WoW: Forever launches on 4 November. Install it now and it will be ready on day one.

The app reads WoW's combat log so your fights can be verified and ranked.
WoW addons can't send anything to a website. The small Outlaw app reads WoW's combat log on your PC, checks what really happened in your fights, and sends the results to the rankings by itself. It also installs the addon and keeps it up to date. That's how the rankings stay real instead of self-reported: the app checks every fight, your deaths included, so nobody can fake wins or hide losses. That's why titles and crowns need the app.
Your fights build your Outlaw record and rankings. Players without Outlaw stay anonymous. Mac support is coming later.
Early release: Outlaw is in active development during the WoW: Forever beta. Expect the odd bug; features and balance may change before Season 1. Tell us with the in-game Feedback button or at contact@outlawpvp.com.
A permanent badge on your profile for everyone who plays Outlaw before WoW: Forever launches on 4 November. It can never be earned after that.
One click in the CurseForge app (or download it there). Your Infamy, stars and stats work in game right away, and you can show up on the boards as Unverified when another Outlaw player's app sees your fights.
Get it from the Microsoft Store
Add the free Outlaw app, like Raider.IO's client: install it once (about a minute) and it runs quietly in your system tray. It reads your combat log, checks every fight (deaths included) and puts them on the leaderboard, brings your world rank into the game, keeps the addon up to date, and lets you compete for titles.
From the Microsoft Store it installs in one click, with no Windows warnings, and keeps itself up to date. Short link to give a friend: outlawpvp.com/app ·
First time only: restart the game fully (not just /reload) so it finds the new addon. At character select, check Outlaw is ticked in AddOns. Your Infamy box appears on screen, and a few seconds after you log in an Outlaw line in chat says you're connected: you're in.
Want it discreet? Click the box → Settings: a one-line box, or Quiet mode (your fights still count).
Kill enemy players in the open world. With the app, your fights reach this site by themselves within about 10–15 minutes, and your rank comes back into the game.
Verified and hosted on the Microsoft Store. Full details:
Stuck? Email a screenshot to contact@outlawpvp.com and we'll help. The Microsoft Store version is the same app, needs no Microsoft account, and Windows never blocks it. No Microsoft Store on your PC? Download the installer directly: Windows may warn because the app is new (choose Keep, then More info → Run anyway). If Windows blocks it outright (Smart App Control), use the Microsoft Store version: it's signed by Microsoft, so it's never blocked. Other options: addon only (in-game stats; you may appear on the boards as Unverified when other Outlaw players' apps see your fights, but can't compete for titles) · portable app (no install) · old script uploader.
Compete. Stream it. Get discovered.
Stream WoW on Twitch or YouTube? Verified Outlaw streamers get a 📺 Streamer badge, a Watch button on their profile and a link next to their name on every board they rank on.
Low-level kills, repeated farming and other low-quality fights earn little. Outlaw is built to detect exploitation and keep the rankings competitive. Grades appear once a board has 50 players; until then boards show "Provisional". Every rank shows how many players it's out of.
Compete. Stream it. Get discovered. Outlaw links people who follow the rankings straight to the players they're watching climb. Verified Outlaw streamers are one click away from every board they rank on.
Same rules for everyone: streamers get no advantage on the rankings, and every fight is checked against combat logs.
What you can earn in Outlaw, and how. Seasons crown the best in each way of playing. Nothing resets: a season is a window over the fights you've already had, and the results are kept on your profile forever.
From 10 October until the WoW: Forever beta closes (expected around 21 October). Four permanent titles and badges to win. See the rules →
The most Infamy earned during the season, minus the Infamy lost to deaths. Kill often, die rarely.
The longest unbroken time at World #1 on Most Dangerous. The clock starts when you take the throne and runs until another Outlaw has more Infamy than you (a tie isn't enough). For Season Veterans (10+ season kills on level 10+ enemies).
The most Infamy earned per life: earned ÷ (deaths + 1). Needs at least 15 verified kills and a quarter of the top earner's Infamy, so a few lucky kills can't win.
The fourth title, for Season Veterans (10+ verified kills, who all get a permanent Veteran badge): the Veteran who defeats the most different enemy players. Each enemy counts once; victims more than 5 levels below you don't count.
The guild whose members earned the most Infamy (guilds with 3+ Outlaws who fought). Every member who took part gets the badge. Needs at least 2 guilds competing.
Horde or Alliance: the side whose Outlaws earned the most Infamy. Everyone who fought on the winning side gets a victory badge.
The full set of season titles, so every way of playing can be crowned. (Planned; details may still be tuned.)
The most dangerous Outlaw of the season: your Infamy averaged over every day of the season, so staying dangerous beats one lucky day.
The most infamous player on each faction.
The top lone wolf, and the top player in fights where allies really helped.
The guild whose members built the most Infamy together (guilds with 3+ Outlaws).
One per zone: the most total time holding that zone's crown. Take a zone and defend it.
The best Assassin, Escape Artist, Underdog, Brawler… one per playstyle, ranked on skill (success rate, adjusted for how many attempts).
A different path to fame: you don't have to win overall to hold a record.
On your Outlaw profile (Honors), on the boards, and in the in-game Outlaw panel. Season results never disappear.
Plain English, no legalese. Outlaw is built for World of Warcraft: Forever (and other WoW versions if we add them later). This page covers the addon, the Outlaw app and this website. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Saves to your own PC, in WoW's normal addon data:
It switches on WoW's own combat log file, which the game writes to your Logs folder. /outlaw combatlog off stops that.
It tells other Outlaw addons on your faction (guild, group and a hidden channel) that you use Outlaw: your character's name, game ID, faction, class, level and addon version, and it passes on the Outlaw players it met the same way, so addon-only players can show up on the boards. Settings > Appear on the rankings off stops both.
It only reads two things: the Outlaw addon's saved data (for every WoW account on the PC) and WoW's combat log files. It sends:
It writes one thing back: the Outlaw_Data addon, with your ranks and the list of players with stars. It also keeps the Outlaw addon up to date (you can switch that off in the app).
/outlaw guild off hides it), Infamy, stars, streaks, rankings and your fights against other Outlaw users./outlaw hideloc hides yours completely, unless you have Threat stars. No accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies.
